A origem do termo Filosofia é do  grego (Φιλοσοφία) – Filo quer dizer amigo e Sofia significa conhecimento. Deste modo, Filosofia significa amizade à sabedoria.

Às vezes, tomados pelos afazeres diários, não temos tempo de refletir, não pensamos sobre os caminhos que escolhemos, nem sobre como agimos efetivamente para um futuro melhor.

Nesse momento, devemos alimentar nossa alma e filosofar. Somente com a alma forte, teremos energias suficientes para encarar os grandes problemas do dia a dia.
